Meet Anna Martinez

Anna Martinez brings the love of creating art through bonbon flavors and designs to Temper Chocolates as the lead Chocolatier. Tapping into a background of fashion and design, Martinez loves experimenting and working with new flavors as she hand paints one-of-a kind bonbons. Martinez received a Professional Chocolate Certificate of Achievement from Ecole Chocolat upon completion of the Professional Chocolatier Program. She also won the People’s Choice Award in Denver’s Food Fight 2019.

Mark Callahan

Meet Mark Callahan

Mark Callahan started a commercial bakery in 1991 and branched out into chocolate production in 2003 when he moved from Chicago to Denver and purchased Art Coco Chocolate Company. Specializing in unique molded chocolate using custom blends of fine Belgian style chocolate, Mark grew the small company to a nationally-recognized brand sold at major retailers including Crate & Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Harrod’s (London), Bon Marche (Paris) and Takashimaya (Japan). Mark sold the company in 2010 but stayed involved in the specialty food business which eventually led him to joining Temper Chocolates and Confections in June 2018.
